Master of Science in Public Health

Admission Requirements

A complete application for the Master of Science in Public Health program consists of the following components as part of the complete SOPHAS application:

• Official signed and sealed undergraduate transcripts from an accredited institution and strong undergraduate record with a grade point average of 3.0 or better in the major subject (Send to SOPHAS)

• Three letters of recommendation

• GRE scores. GRE scores should be sent directly to Tulane SPHTM using school code 6809 and department code 0616.  The school requires applicants to have a GRE score of 1000 or higher. However, our average student has a score of 1150.

• Written statement of career goals

• Test of English As a Foreign Language (TOEFL) scores for applicants from non-English speaking nations with a minimum score of 570 on the paper-based test, 230 on the computer based test, or 88 on the internet-based test. (Send to SOPHAS)
