Student Services and Information

Applications for degree for Spring 2015 are due to the Office of Student Services (1440 Canal St., #2460 in the Tidewater Building) no later than Wednesday, February 4, 2015. Applications are available for download via your Gibson Account. When you sign in the application is at the far right side of the screen for download. Applications may also be obtained in the Office of Student Services. Applications may be returned to Student Services via the drop box in Student Services, fax to (504) 988-0907 or email to SPHTMSTUDENTSERVICES@tulane.edu or Cantrell@tulane.edu. Students that are out of the country and have limited access to the internet should contact their departmental administrators for assistance in completing the application for degree.

Academic Policies & Guidelines


Access important academic policies including the Code of Academic Conduct/Honor Code which is required to start classes.

Access the required forms for the culminating experience; the practicum handbook; practicum forms A, B, C, D, and E;  and dissertations. There are also dissertation and doctoral student FAQs.

(Please note that there are two doctoral program handbooks. Visit the Academic & Policies Guidelines page to determine which handbook applies to you.)
