Students must meet the requirements for admission to the School. In addition, the department requires a baccalaureate degree with overall grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and a combined verbal and quantitative GRE score in the upper percentiles with strong quantitative abilities. Academically exceptional applicants may be accepted directly into the PhD program.
Please note that the deadline for admission to the doctoral program is January 1, for full scholarship consideration and students are admitted for the fall semester only. All other applications are accepted on a rolling basis for fall, spring and summer.
