Biography

Mark Dal Corso is a pediatrician serving a largely Spanish speaking population through the DePaul Community Health Center in New Orleans which is a Federally Qualified Health Center. At Tulane University he teaches four graduate level courses in the department of Social, Behavioral & Population Sciences; two undergraduate courses in the undergraduate public health (BSPH) program and is the faculty advisor for the MD/MPH rotation in the School of Medicine. Prior to joining Tulane he worked as the medical director for the Louisiana HIV AIDS Services Program at the Louisiana Office of Public Health, with GoToNations, a Christian non-profit providing medical care and community health training in Central America, and with the LSU Department of Pediatrics. He received his MD from the Universidad de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico, and his MPH at Tulane University School of Public Health. His residency training in pediatrics and preventive medicine was completed at Tulane University.
