Collins C. Diboll Gallery and Conference Room Reservations

The Collins C. Diboll Gallery, Seminar Room (Room 105) and Conference Room (Room 104) are available for student, faculty and organizational use. Requests are subject to availability and approval. Requests must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance. Room reservations are subject to cancellation two weeks in advance of event at discretion of administration.

NOTE: Room requests are only for space reservations. If space is available for your event, you will need to coordinate necessary catering, clean up, security, a/v rental, and/or telecommunications support. ITs will need to be provided to the school to ensure you have handled these matters. Please review additional information about how to book these services.
