Collins C. Diboll Auditorium Reservation Request

Classes are held in the Diboll Auditorium Tuesday through Friday from 8:00AM-5:00 p.m. The auditorium is available Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, and after 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Requests must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance. Room reservations are subject to cancellation two weeks in advance of event at discretion of administration.

NOTE: Room requests are only for space reservations. If space is available for your event, you will need to coordinate necessary catering, clean up, security, a/v rental, and/or telecommunications support. ITs will need to be provided to the school to ensure you have handled these matters. Please see additional information about booking event services.
