-Instructors must be on record with HR/Payroll and Registrar's systems before being assigned instructor of record
-SPHTM Admissions staff assigns you as "Instructor of Record", then the course is added to your profile in Blackboard
-Be sure make the course "Available" so your students have access, via the Control Panel

CLASS ENROLLMENT COUNTS -Link to Registrar's site
-Choose "Enrollment Counts and Availability" from the list on left
-Find out how many students are enrolled in your course each semester
-Subject = HSMG or EMMM or ESCD; Number = course number
-If you leave the Course Number field blank, all courses will appear for the chosen semester |

TEXTBOOKS (PUBLISHERS/DESK COPIES) -Frequently requested book publishers. Please note this is a long list.
-Instructors can generally order Desk/Exam copies and free teaching materials. Follow the instructors for each publisher to obtain your course materials. Some materials are not gratis. |
