Peru
This course on Health and Development Issues in Peru is offered by Valerie Paz Soldan from the Department of International Health and Development and through the Health Office for Latin America every year.  The course takes place in Lima and Iquitos, and consists of a combination of lectures (speakers from non-governmental organizations, community based organizations, researchers), facilitated discussions, and field trips.

Costa Rica
The Health Systems Management Department is offering a master's degree in medical management through Central American Institute for Business Administration (INCAE) for Latin American medical and clinical professionals.

Jamaica
This course on nutrition and health programs in developing countries is offered by John Mason from the international health and development department and colleagues at the Caribbean Food and Nutrition Institute in Jamaica every year.
