Personal Statement:
Recently I have been interested in developing flowgraph models to analyze event history data. My current research also involves applying flowgraph models to kidney and pancreas transplant data collected at the Department of Surgery, Tulane Medical School, and a national database from United Network for Organ Sharing.

Apart from devoting my time in statistical methodologies, I have also been collaborating with scientists in medicine and epidemiology in designing and planning longitudinal studies in medical and public health research. These projects include post-Katrina evaluation of the health status of the diabetic population and the CVD population in New Orleans.

I have assumed the biostatistician’s role for GCRC, overseeing the planning and execution of clinical studies in Medical Center of Louisiana.
