At the completion of the MSPH with specialty course work in Toxicology and Risk Assessment, the student will be able to: - Apply fundamental toxicological principles to elucidate mechanisms of actions in humans exposed to hazardous substances;
- Conduct a quantitative human health risk assessment
- Develop chemical-specific standards to inform policy at local, state and national levels;
- Apply risk communication skills to inform communities of potential health risks from exposure to hazardous substances
