Personal Statement:
Susie Allen is a clinical associate professor at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She has a doctorate in Health Systems Management, and a masters in Business Administration. Allen has diverse experience encompassing public health education and curriculum development, communications, health administration and research. Her research areas have included managed care, the nursing home industry, technology transfer, and comparative health care systems. Allen manages all of the distance learning programs offered by CAEPH and is working on the development of new programs using distance learning technology.
