Click here to learn more about the Maternal and Child Public Health Leadership Training Program The traditional field of maternal and child health is changing rapidly, with a growing use of data to better understand and solve the health problems of women and children. Students in the Maternal and Child Health Epidemiology dual-major track learn about the biologic and social factors important to health and develop the data analysis skills to delve into them further and to evaluate the effectiveness of public health programs. The curriculum combines courses from the departments of community health sciences and epidemiology and can be completed in 45 credit hours.
