James Lukens, Community Health Sciences MPH student and student assistant, was selected to recieve the Scott Cowen Graduate Fellowship. The program matches students across graduate disciplines at Tulane with educational non-profit agencies and K-12 schools public schools to improve educational opportunities in New Orleans.
