Cathy L. Cole, MPH, CIH, CSP is now the Vice-President elect of the AIHA Board of Directors.  Cathy was one of the first students to enroll in and receive her degree from Tulane via the Internet Distance Learning program in Occupational Health & Safety Management (OHSM).  Cathy started out her career in Industrial Hygiene working in various research laboratories, including work as an IH for NASA.  From there she managed the EH&S department for Advanced Lighting Technologies, during which time she enrolled in and graduated from the OHSM program in the Spring of 2000.  Since 2002, Cathy has worked for the Sherwin-Williams Company, advancing to her current position of Director of Corporate Occupational Health.  In the last few years she has served as a board member and committee chair on the AIHA board, and is now looking forward to the challenges of being VP.  We at Tulane CAEPH wish her well.
