The morning of Saturday May 17th the unified ceremony will take place in the Louisiana Superdome and will celebrate all Tulane undergraduates and graduates. The ceremony will feature the dynamic political and personal duo Mary Matalin and James Carville speaking together at the podium. (For more information on the speakers, please see http://tulane.edu/grads/speakers_2008.cfm) The School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine will have its own diploma ceremony at 4 pm that same day on the uptown campus at Dixon Hall, complete with a brass band to bring in the marching faculty and students as well as lead them out after the ceremony. The featured speaker for this ceremony will be Ian G. Rawson. This year CAEPH congratulates the following nine candidates for degree: MPH in Occupational Health & Safety Management-Richard Barch, Clint Buchanan, Tami Froelich, Kim Kauer, Timothy Puyleart, Anthony Smith, Ashley Williams; MPH in Occupational & Environmental Health-Jeannette McLauchlan; MSPH in Industrial Hygiene-Paul Perdue III.
