Do I need Broadband Internet access to participate in class such as Cable modem or DSL?
No. You can participate in class with a 56K modem. If you use a modem, you will be able to bypass the Internet and connect to Tualne's network with the 800 number we provide. But we do recommend broadband access if you are able to use it in your area.
