What happens if I have technical problems? How do I get help?
Our technical support team assists students both by phone (1-800-862-2122) and e-mail (DLtech@tulane.edu), depending upon the timing and nature of the problem. During class time in the evening, several members of the support team answer phone calls and also respond online via learnlinc in the virtual classroom. The technical support team also trains students on our software before classes begin each semester, and will schedule phone appointments to troubleshoot individual technical problems when necessary.
