Is Distance Education for me?
Only you can make this decision. Although we do our best to approximate the on-campus environment, there are a few differences. Students participating in a distance learning program must be able to function independently, maintain a learning schedule, and feel comfortable in a computer-based environment. Students must want to participate in an Internet community whose purpose is to enhance the learning experience and provide interactivity. Flexibility and acceptance of technical difficulties that may arise during the program are also essential in the technologically evolving distance learning environment.
