- 300 MB of free Hard Disk space
- Any sound card
- Headset with microphone (provided after admittance to program.)
Software - Microsoft Office Standard or Professional 2000 or higher
- Microsoft Office Standard 2003 recommended
- Office package must have WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT
Internet - Internet Broadband (i.e. DSL or Cable)
- 56K Modem (recommended in addition to broadband*)
