New Student FAQ

I would like to welcome you again to the distance learning program at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.  I want to make you aware of some important: information dates and events that will help you have a successful beginning in the program.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

To register for classes you are required to have a PIN number.  This number is issued to you upon receipt of the “Code of Academic Conduct” form which is found at: http://www.sph.tulane.edu/admissions/forms.htm .  After you have completed the form return it to dlinfo@tulane.edu or FAX to   (504)988-7352 ATTN: Albert Terrillion.

WHERE DO I FIND MY CLASSES?

The courses offered this fall may be found at: http://www.sph.tulane.edu/CAEPH/dl/courseListing/coverP.htm simply select your program to see those classes that recommended for you.  Here you will find two classes suggested for 1st year students.  You may of course register for only one class if you wish.

WHERE DO I REGISTER FOR MY CLASS?

Once you have found and selected your class make note of the course number e.g. HSMG603-70 (the -70 indicates it is via distance learning and you will need the entire number to register).  Then simply click the “Register Now” button on the same page you found your class.
