Two computer labs for teaching and student use. Troubleshooting for school PCs and printers, including software or operating system issues. For hardware problems, we are a liaison with with Dell/Gateway/IBM to obtain replacement parts/equipment. For complex printer or networking issues, users should contact AllFax.Installation of anti-virus software and and virus cleaning.Updates to network protocols. Assistance in configuring new school computer equipment. Set up of new computers or new users on established machines.
Services that can not be provided. •We can not give you software to install locally on your office computer, laptop, or home computer.
This is illegal. You must purchase a license for the software that is installed.
•We can not provide you with the disks or copies of the disks for the software that is installed locally.
•We can not provide support for equipment that does not meet ourhardware policy requirements.
•We are not responsible for moving your computers or furniture. We will set the computers up once they are
in place. Please be sure all plugs and dataports are accessible to us before pushing furniture against the wall.
•We are not experts in all the software that is on the network. We can make sure it works, but for
answering questions relating to use, it is better to ask someone who uses it on a regular basis.
•We do not place any orders.
•We can not provide help for your copiers, fax machines, VCR's, or TV's.
•We can not provide setups or support for non-SPHTM computers - this includes personal home machines. |
